
I play soccer year-round and i want to get bigger legs and become faster. I am 15 years old abou 5′10″ and 125 pounds. Are there any workouts i can do maybe a home without having to go to the gym?
I have a treadmill dumbells and a bowflex.

Lift weights, eat protein.
Try going running or even walking that will get you more muscular and strong legs.
