
Walking/jogging at 6mph once or twice a day for 5 days a week?
What will this do for my body? should i increase this to 40 minutes?
If someone that is 176 pounds and 6,1, could they in turn get to 140lbs in 6 months? Should i out the treadmill on an incline while i do this? THANKS!

Yes that weight loss is possible, increasing the amount of running and walking you do will definately help but the main thing is what your eating. Check out some catabolic foods, these foods burn calories so once you run instead of calories getting burned, it will go straight for the fat. Check out a list of these foods that will burn calories

A treadmill workout will help you burn calories, lose fat and tone your muscles. You also need to eat healthy, what you eat has a bigger impact on weight loss than anything else. You should be able to hit your goal if you develop a plan, eat healthy, and stick to your plan. You can do the treadmill on an incline if you like, I would suggest that you also use Interval Training as part of your treadmill workout.
